Many causes: There are many causes of fever/chills, abdominal pain, and vomiting. Food poisoning is the most likely. Is this possible? If it is not possible, then you will want to be checked on for important causes like appendicitis. This sounds important. It is never wrong to check into the ER for this kind of case, although if it is obviously food poisoning (others may have it too) you may be alright.
