Husband got sick sunday w/the stomach flu throwing up fever chills body aches. wednesday he was better but not really any appetite at all. today, he is experiencing pain, and his testicles could this be related to his flu? or is it just a coincidence

Testicle pain : Testicle pain is not usually associated with the flu. He may have another infection or two things going on. I can imagine that someone can get dehydrated from not drinking enough fluids from a "stomach flu" then develop a kidney stone that causes testicle pain but usually also back pain too. You should see a doctor.
