I can't answer with: an enthusiastic "yes!" All of the evidence is anecdotal: there are individual reports that something might have helped one person, or a few people, but not so reliably that it would be worth spending your money on. Safety is also an issue: the manufacture of supplements is not subject to safety and reliability standards. I would focus on healthy/reduced calorie eating and more exercise:)
