Don't work : Those things dont really work. When you wake up in the morning drink a cold glass of water. Green tea and CLA supplements might help you. Try to run or go for a walk twice in a day am and pm. Try to get a decent run at night and eat as little as possible ESp Minimize carbs at night.

Dietary supplements: Why do we take "stuff" then ask about safety & interactions afterwards. Why don't we ask those questions 1st? Manufacturers of dietary supplements are not require to prove effectiveness or safety before marketing. Check out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthraquinone for info on Anthraquinone, which is a stimulant laxative & not recommended for weight loss.
