Doesn't : sound like it. Penicillin allergy is usually a rash and swelling. Just to be sure, see your dentist and have it checked.

12 mouth ulcers: This is not typically a reaction to amoxicillin. Mouth ulcers can occur for a number of reasons. Getting 12 ulcers soon after extractions may be due to trauma or a reaction to something used during the surgery. Contact your dentist or oral surgeon for a follow-up exam.
