No: Time of irritation too short. Assuming that you don't smoke tobacco or marijuana, use chewing tobacco (dip) or abuse alcohol, your risk of oral cancer from an irritant carcinogen is minimal. However, you are concerned. For your own peace of mind see an Oral Surgeon or ENT to rule out cancer. You'll be glad you did.
