No worries: You are not at risk for lung cancer from this brief exposure. Although long term data about e-cig use is not yet available, none of the potentially harmful factors would cause cancer after such a short period of exposure. Congratulations on stopping and I hope you can get your friends to stop. To protect your health always eat a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, get plenty of sleep, exercise.
