Try to stop smoking: Smoking puts you at serious risk for mouth cancer whether or not you inhale. Mouth cancer is really bad and if you can break the addiction to smoking, you're doing yourself a huge favor.

Contact: If you don't inhale, the smoke will not contact your lungs, but will still contact your oral mucosa. Not smoking better choice, and cheaper.
