Soon: Take 1. zinc supplement (NOW brand is good. 50 mg/day with food for 7-10 days) 2. Probiotics (Megafood Megaflora plus 4 caps daily for 1 week). See your PCP if your symptoms don't improve in 2 days; sooner if worse.
