Follow up care: After a significant infection like this - you do need proper follow up. The doctor who performed the procedure (tooth extraction?) or prescribed those antibiotics is the person who ideally should be following up with you - since they already know you. If you're concerned though that things aren't better - then urgent care would be worthwhile. Your vital signs and basic tests can be checked.
