How many milligrams of prozac is equal to 50 milligrams of paxil?

No direct conversion: Paxil 50mg/ is the max dose FDA approved for depression. There is no direct equal conversion from paxil to Prozac, but FDA approved Prozac max dose is 80mg Qday. But I will recommend you to taper paxil for 2 weeks before starting Prozac, initial dose is 20mg Qday.
