Complicated question: There are quite a few differences between the SSRI's - however - the best drug (most especially in psych) is the one that works best for you. The response rate to any psych drug is very subjective and really varies from person to person. Wish I had a better answer for you / but talk to your doctor about what your concerns are and craft a treatment plan together. Hope that helps!
