Many SSRI: Are available, but it sound like you do not need selectives any more. Think of venlafaxine that works in other receptors as well.

Ssris: The ssri group includes paxil, (paroxetine) prozac, zoloft , celexa. There are differences in each med. If your fail on 2 ssris i would certainly. Consider switching classes of meds.

Multiple SSRI's: There are multiple other ssri's than Prozac -- including paxil, zoloft, celexa, and lexapro. If one does not help, you may still have benefit from another. Still another option, effexor, (venlafaxine) has ssri properties but also some additional effects.
