Unlikely: If you were checked out and found to have normal kidney function and bladder, then it should not affect your pregnancy. Some individuals have benign familial hematuria. A second common cause of hematuria is excess calcium in urine, or hypercalciuria, which can lead to kidney stones which can be very painful or contribute to kidney infection. Be sure this has been evaluated.
