23 yr old m had lasertripsy. developed large clot obstructions(grapefruit size in bladder). 2 wks post op. still have spasms and frequency. normal??

I think so: That's quite of lot of disruption and irritation to your genitourinary system! There's always the typical prediction for recovery, and then if any complications occur, the timetable is thrown off. The spasms and frequency should slowly improve, and as long as you see progress, I wouldn't worry too much. Call your Doctor with any questions. Stay well:)
