Fatigue. extreme lower back spasming pain on left side followed by fullness in bladder area and pain mostly on left side of pelvis. pain increases with activity and movement. increased frequency and output of urine. been over a week since onset?

Agree with Dr Fowler: This does sound like urinary tract infection, but could also be due to kidney stone. Now over a week, and time to have this evaluated by your physician. A urine exam is indicated, and you may benefit from imaging if questions remain.
