Have well controlled lupus. labs most recently normal. i lost weight & now weigh 63kg. my rheumatology decreased plaquenil dose to 300 mg. risks?

Protect kidney: The risks of developing worsening lupus is lowered by being on plaquenil. Dosage is decreased when you lose weight, that's standard practice. Controlling your lupus with meds will decrease chance of you developing kidney issues and other problems later.
