I know i have lice in my hair on my head, eyelashes, eyebrows, and as well as in my public area but have bites on my legs and back as well! help!

There are several: topical meds (pediculicides) available OTC to treat head lice and public lice. They must be used EXACTLY as directed. The red marks may be bites. OTC cortisone cream may help them go away but pediculicides won't YOU must HELP anyone you've had recent direct physical contact with or shared head gear with by advising them to check themselves for lice too.
