Lice shampoo was used and no lice or nits seen, still feel smthg moving in head but can't see anything, plus wife getting bites on body while sleeping

Repeat Tt: Also thoroughly clean the linen, clothes , carpet, couches etc.

Reinfestation?: If your head lice has infested your wife , you will need to get the whole household including yourself treated at the same time otherwise the cycle will never end. Having said that, the residual itching may last some days after the lice have been eradicated.
