I became itchy one day: scalp/body/arms/legs. white specs (not flakes) smaller than grains of sand appear on my shirt and bedsheets daily. i get crawling sensations on my head, but urgent care said no lice. any thoughts?

Dry skin: Dry skin is a possibility. May depend on the environment you live in. Regardless, does not sound serious nor does it sound like an infectious disease.

Derm: Suggest talking to your primary care doctor about this. He may want you to see a dermatologist. Important to know if anyone else has seen the white specs. Sensation of crawling may be anxiety.
