Can lice look like dandruff flakes? they seem to be stuck to my hair shafts and in my eyebrows and eyelashes as well. i have had intense itching for a few months now, symptoms improve a bit when i use diluted tea tree or clove oil?

Nits, which are tiny eggs of the louse, can be stuck to hair shafts. Dandruff resembles white flakes that are on the scalp or throughout the hair. Perhaps you have both. See dermatologist to confirm.
