Moved something heavy hours ago and after moving this i got severe pain in my upper stomach area. the pain is still there. not sure what is wrong?

Could be muscle or..: Interesting. Could be a hernia, unlikely. Could be issue with pancreas or gallbladder, could be peptic ulcer disease. May have nothing to do with the moving. But could be an abdominal muscle strain. Severe pain/tenderness when you press? Appetitie okay? Fevers or chills?
