The stomach is a muscular organ that churns food to add digestive acid & enzymes & prepare it to move into the upper intestines. What you are sensing is likely just that activity. The sensory nerve fibers in the internal organs are designed to give us sensations related to the squeezing, like cramps when intense, or vague movement when mild to moderate. Many folks ignore them.

It is not possible to feel worms moving in your intestine. It is more likely that you do not have any worms at all, but that you are feeling the movement of the intestine itself, which we refer to as peristalsis. This is normal, and it will come and go at times. It may help to eat a lot of fiber in your diet and to drink a lot of liquids to stay well hydrated. Good luck.
