You should see your doctor to determine if the symptoms are related and what is causing them. The movement sensation in the left abdomen could be intestinal movements-like gas or stool. Sudden shortness of breath could have many causes and needs to be evaluated since it could be related to some serious condition-it could also be benign and a doctor will be able to tell the difference!
