My 3 week old girl has a very bloated/swollen stomach. bowel movements are frequent but still runny with no solid particles yet. she has discomfort/cramps in the evenings but seem fine otherwise. she gains weight and feeds well. should i worry?

Nursing : If she is otherwise well, continue to nurse. Check her temperature and report a temperature of 100.4 or higher. Watch for signs of illness, dehydration, lethargy and please see your Pediatrician.
