I am feeling nauseas, have a runnimg stomach, throbbing headache and back pain im the kidney area as well as rib area. i did bring up but to no avail. struggled to eat tonight and have pain when moving. any ideas whats wrong?

Many possible causes: You could be suffering from influenza, a viral illness or even a UTI/pyelonephritis. I would advise going in to see a primary care doctor or to an urgent care to be evaluated in person.
