Spotting lightly 5 days, 2 days of moderate flow. 1 day of nothing. 1 day of spotting. could i have endo or fibroids or adhesions? ttc 1 yr after mmc.

Probably not: Your age and symptoms do not imply those diagnoses. The length of time you have had these is also important.. If just one cycle, I would recommend waiting til next menses due.
