Depends: Air contamination is relative.Those who run in the "clean" air of rural environments may be sensitive to the airborne mold spores or pollen.The various additives in an urban setting make air relatively dirty, but we have systems within our lungs to clean up most debris.Smokers overdo it so they never come out well.Most will never see a significant issue unless they have asthma or other lung pbm
