Treating cough: Treat post nasal drip with nasal saline drops and elevation of the head of the bed. This will help to reduce cough related to post nasal drip. Cool air mist and a children's cough syrup with honey ( Zarbees ) may be used to control cough. If he has a history of asthma, persistent sx,wheezing or shortness of breath, ask your pediatrician about Albuterol. Used in combination with Kulair it may help.
