Been to docs, lungs are fine, blood is fine, heart is fine. pain under left armpit, upper left back, and chest left hand side. what is it?

Left armpit pain: Pain in the left arm pit and back in the scapular area may be due to muscular spasm or muscle strain. If you have no previous history of heart disease and not taking birth control pill then physiotherapy may be helpful
