Consult and CXR: If I were you I should go right the way to consult your physician to order a biopsy of those nodules above your clavicle since you are smoker and also get a chest x rays asap

Wait two weeks.: If they're still present, at the current or larger size, in a total of two weeks from the time you first noticed them, then the advisable next step would be an excisional biopsy of the nodes. They would need to be sent to the lab for analysis. CT and such can follow based on pathology. And stopping smoking would be advised as well.
