Ive had a lump in my neck for 16 years. it feels like the size of a pea and i was told it was a lymph node that just stayed palpable. ive had 3 ct scans of my neck with nothing bad. is it possible to always feel the same lymph node in your neck?

It could well be a burnt out old lymph node that will never change. If you still have concerns consult an ENT specialist to advise you about an excisional biopsy and avoiding future CT scans.
