There are two tiny lumps in my throat right under my tonsils. they appeared out of no where. they look just like the surrounding flesh in my throat but a little raised size of a pea . no pain,no cough or sore throat, my throat feels a little heavy?

You may watch and wait. If either of the "bumps" doubles in size, ulcerates, bleeds, other bumps develop, you get large nodes in the neck, get fever or lose weight, see a doctor.
