Pot: Even if you consider pot to be a non-issue in terms of its use, you are smoking something and it will impact you breathing. Also, as a young person w/a still developing brain it will impact that also. Please see you doc to rule out/identify possible medical conditions, especially heart condition. Peace and good health.

Your body is telling: you something. Your lungs and/or heart are not tolerating whatever you are smoking and you are "playing with fire" to keep doing what it wants you not to do. If "locking up my chest" means interfering with breathing, then you are doubly at risk.
