Alcohol,smoking(not regular smoker) and eating,i did all of these just before sleep.feel chest tightness next morning.chest pain after eating and with deep breath.more severe chest pain just after wake up.never felt like this before.what should i do?

I suggest seeing a doctor as soon as possible. The concern is that this may several things , but stomach issues are high on the list, heart or lung issues are also possible.

Why are you doing self destructive things. Abstain from alcohol , tobacco and street drugs.
