More description of your chest pain is needed in order to advise you. There are various causes of recurrent chest pain. Bronchial&pulmonary causes would be accompanied by cough, wheeze, shortness of breath. Other causes can be rib cage irritation or pinched nerve and esophageal inflammation. If symptoms persist, see a physician for evaluation, testing and advice.

The use of these agents may be associated with long term changes in the lungs. If you experience shortness of breath, please discuss a pulmonary evaluation which may include a chest image and lung function testing with your PCP. Watch for fever, sputum production and problems breathing. Avoid secondary smoke and exposure to irritants, and avoid straining chest wall muscles.
