The evidence that: your symptoms improve with recumbency suggests that there may be an autonomic dysfunction or peripheral vascular issue. Tilt table testing might be useful. Additionally there are neurological diagnoses (multiple sclerosis) that can present with these symptoms. You should be evaluated by a neurologist if you have not already been.
