You may have : Other issues such as TMJ syndrome or trigeminal neuralgia. A physical exam could identify which of these things it might be. As long as everything else has been normal and you have been examined, those are the next two diagnoses i would look to. Each can be treated with different modalities and you made need a diagnostic block of your trigeminal nerve to see if thats contributing.

Recent major dental : When your bite is off especially after major dental work like a crown or bridge it can cause similar symptoms with normal ct, MRI normal range, have your bite checked. Find dr who uses tscan which is more accurate than red or blue marking paper.
