8 week followup u/s for simple left ovarian cyst which remains same. right side (no cyst) now measures 19 cc up from 12cc last time. concerning?

No: Simple ovarian cysts are usually benign (not cancer) in a woman in her early 30s. If they become large or painful, they can be removed with laparoscopic surgery but frequently go away on their own.
