Have red swollen eyelid for 4 days i get yellow discharge from it every morning but don't have a yellow spot on it and don't know if it's a stye?

It is infection: You have infection in your eye which will need an antibiotic. You should see your doctor(primary care) or see an eye specilaist whomsoever can see you today or tomorrow. A Red eye will not go away itself without antibiotics. A stye is not associated with yellow discharge, this is more like infection in the eye(Conjunctivitis.
