Toe nail fungus: Alcohol is a disinfectant but you usually have to clean and leave instruments in for a few minutes and it is not absolute that it will be 100% disinfected ( good chance but nothing is absolute) . It may be best to follow up with a doctor or podiatrist and get treated for the fungus with either topical Penlac or oral lamisil.
