I have a little cut by nail on my hand and i put 70% alcohol based sanitizer on it. is it harmful?

Are you up to date on your tetanus shot? Is the wound healing well or is it getting red? Draining/oozing? Any red streaks? Fevers, chills or sweats? Feeling unwell? If any of the above, you should definitely be evaluated by a healthcare professional.
