I have a cut under my pinky toe, but i also get blister all the time in that same toe. what can i do to prevent it from getting blisters or cuts under? its been a problem for almost a year and a half ive tried fungi-nail ointment and no different. what ca

Blister and scaling : Your symptoms are mostly likely symptoms of a fungal. I prefer antifungal gels held in this region but any prescription antifungal medication. ie: Naftin (naftifine) , Luzu, Spectazole used appropriated should clear it up. To prevent recurrence make sure you were sanitized socks that are changed daily. Do not wear the same shoes daily.Bacterial infection can occur here as well. A culture could be indicated.

i would ask a podiatrist why they feel you are getting the blister. It can come as a result of friction or you may have a form of athletes foot that causes blistering. If from a biomechanics cause they likely will have a permanent solution for you to consider.
