Sensitivity: Best to determine the cause of your sensitivity, then treat the cause. I know OTCs are less expensive than professional treatment in the short run, but masking symptoms does not cure the problem in the long run. Please, please, go see your Dentist.

Fluoride toothpaste: Any good fluoride toothpaste will help with sensitivity to some extent. Sensodyne is one of the most recognized but any fluoride gel or rinse will do well also.
