Recently diagnosed with gall stones now went to toilet notice pink tinge around stool then the second time i went looks like blood in water is red and can't see stool. very worried it's cancer ?

Gallstones: gallstones would not cause blood in stool. Most common cause of bright red blood per rectum with painless BM is internal hemorrhoids. Diverticulosis is another common cause as we get older. Best to get an exam and possible colonoscopy. Cancer is possible but other items much more likely.
