Should be ok: Xanax is category D but in the context of long term use, so if it was a one time occurance your fetus is likely going to be just fine; try mindfulness based stress reduction guided meditations 20 min daily minimum for a non pharmaceutical anxiety relief, the more peaceful you are, the healthier will be your baby"s brain!
