Not likely: Imipramine due to its anticholinergic activity can inhibit bladder emptying and possibly pain during urination due to forcing urine through a tight sphincter but pain after urination sounds more like bladder irritation (infection or chemical). Best way to find out, stop Imipramine for 2 weeks and see what happens when you pee.

Imipramine: At this dose, unlikely it is treating depression or causing side effects, unless combined with other medications. Consult your doctor to explore possibilities.
