Doubt it: Resistance training like isometrics & weight lifting are the endeavors that will build muscle mass.In 8 weeks you could see some evidence of strength increase, but the effect on muscle mass would be minimal. Training during your teens can be expected to add 5-10 pounds of muscle mass per year in a gradual fashion.
