Soreness: What do you mean by sore bones? Did you have bone pain? Usually, what some may describe as sore bones all over their body is actually from the muscles. Dehydration, inadequate warm up, and over-exertion is the most common reason for soreness after exercise. Make sure to stay hydrated and remember that hydration needs to start before the workup.
