Evaluate: She needs to be evaluated for the possible causes of pseudo tumor. For example, overdose of vitamin a or d can lead to it, as can tetracycline use. In addition to treatment, try to evaluate the cause. I would start with a neurologist and perhaps a ct scan. You don't want to do a lumbar puncture without evaluating the contents of the head first.
